manditory 4 the end

The end of the book ends in the summer and it ended good, in chapter 10 we are left with the girls selling seeds to people all over town and are being disobedient even though they were told to only do houses they know because their mother is worried that someone would do something to them or try and hurt them, they figure because they are together no one will try anything so they do it anyways being invited into houses and everything but as they are invited into these houses they listen to adults talking about their friend pecola who was raped by her father and was impregnated, the girls never new this but as they go to house to house they figure out that people blame pecola and they hate the father for what he has done to his daughter. to be honest i knew that  this was going to happened because for one her father is a drunk and he is not getting loved by his wife at all so he takes it out on his daughter. for they think that she should NOT be in school, and she that its all her fault even her mother beat her almost to death, but Claudia and Freida feel that its not her fault and they feel what the other people in town do not SORROW.. i think that its not her fault she was not tempting her dad or anything she was being a normal little girl and her father as for him he should have  away because if i was pecolas mother i would have haded that situation allot  different i would have almost beat the father to death and comforted pecola. in chapter 11 is an imaginary story with an imaginary friend who talks with her and is basically having a discussion about pecola's new blue eyes and her imaginary friend wanting to play but all pecola can do is stare at the mirror all day and stare at her new eyes that she loves so much and has been praying for. she also gets in and talks about the rape experiences and how the mother feels but pecola  doesn't like the topic so she changes it back to her eye color, which by the way thinks that everyone is jealous of.

the story basically ends with pecola and her mother leaving and moving somewhere else while her father dies and she get into explains love and the truth about it.
I really liked this book maybe because it was African Americans or maybe because it showed and told allot of truth of what happens to not only African Americans but to allot of people in this world people who wanna change their appearance, people who don't think their pretty enough and people who get mentally physically and emotionally abused everyday but i have to say this book was great.
